The Resilience Company - SuccessFactors

The Resilience Company is the official re- sellers of the SuccessFactors Talent Management System in Sub-Saharan Africa.

At the recently held IPM Convention, at Sun City, 15th to 17th October 2007, Raymond Raats and Johan Brits were elected to serve on the IPM Board for the 2008 and 2009 periods.  Ms Charlotte Mokoena, Group Executive: Human Resources at Telkom SA Ltd, has been elected as President of the IPM for the same period.

Erik Berggren, the International Research Director of SUCCESSFACTORS has also presented a paper at the convention, titled “How Smart HCM Drives Financial Performance”, which was co-written by Dr. Jac Fitz-enz, CEO: Workforce Intelligence Institute.  For more details and a copy of the paper, please e-mail pretoria@resilienceco.com

Andreas Zwimpfer, Director: SuccessFactors Partners for the EMEA region, also represented SUCCESSFACTORS at the exhibition where he shared his knowledge and experience with the attendees.
