Petro Strydom (Senior Associate)
Petro is an Associate of The Resilience Company and has played various roles in the implementation and management of performance management in parastatal and private organisations. She has more than 20 years exposure to all aspects of Human Resource administration and management, writing job profiles, managing performance and other HR related systems as well as payroll and remuneration management.
Her strategic skills are in the development of skills dictionaries, compiling profiles and supporting career path interventions.
Petro is a volunteer in a Christian Children Ministry which includes a puppet theatre. She is also a co-presenter of a kiddies radio program on Radio Pulpit. She is married to Johan and they have three children aged 15, 14 and 10 respectively.
Alec Dixon (Senior Associate)
Alec is a mature Management and Human Resources consultant with more than 36 years experience in his field. His vast experience covers a broad spectrum of Human Resources activities, processes and systems, including performance management, remuneration, benefits, training, labour issues, etc.
He managed the establishment of a major distribution facility from construction to commissioning, the development and implementation of a national employee self service system and numerous project teams involving process changes and efficiency improvements for a large parastatal organisation. He was often involved in the management of operational functions and was a key negotiator on a number of substantive labour issues.
Alec is committed to contributing positively to the community and serves on a number of church bodies and the Executive Board of Gerald Fitzpatrick House and Nursing Home. He is married and enjoys the outdoors.
Wilma Dixon (Senior Associate)
Wilma Dixon is an associate of the Resilience Company with experience which spans over a period of more than 30 years. This experience was gained during a career within the Public Service as well as in a listed company in the Private sector.
Wilma has experience in all facets of human resources administration and management, mentoring and training of staff. Her main skills are in the area of research and development and the formulation of Human Resource benefits policies and procedures and other related human resource policies. She was involved in many different projects including the implementation of an Integrated Health Care strategy for the Company as well as the development of policies to ensure compliance with labour legislation as well as good corporate governance. The development and monitoring of a Code of Ethics which was coupled to the company’s Performance Management System was one of Wilma’s prime responsibilities.
Wilma is married and involved in community service and is a volunteer in a Christian Counselling Ministry.
Carin du Preez (Senior Associate)
Carin du Preez is an experienced Human Resources practitioner with special interest in Human Resources administration systems and the management thereof. She obtained her B.Comm HR degree at the Potchefstroom University for Higher Christian Education at the end of 1988. She has specific experience in the design and implementation of individualized skills and career development portfolios for staff within organizations.
Carin handles the administration of the Benoni branch of The Resilience Company.
She is married, with two sons aged 12 and 13.
Jill Bailey (Accountant)
Jill has an extensive and long career in the financial/accounting field. She served as Financial Manager for an International Organization for a period of 20 years before she moved into the role of supporting SMME organisations with accounting, tax and related services. She joined the company a year ago.
Jill also serves as the Accountant of the South African Express Parcel Association.
She is married and has a son.
Elvis Rabohale (Senior Associate)
MBA. BCom. HDip, Ind Eng. Dip, Work Study
Elvis is an industrial engineer with years of experience in process design and management. This experience was gained in the mining industry and the SA Post Office including the restructuring of mail centres on national basis. He was also associated with the Proudfoot Consultancy regarding efficiency and quality measurement.
Victor Ndala (Administrative Assistant)
Std. 10
Victor is an administrative assistant at The Resilience Company and has assisted in the implementation and management of projects. He has one year exposure as a support officer and handling project files and documentation.

Kabelo Keikabile
B Admin (HRM)
Attended school in the Eastern Cape where I completed my B Admin (HRM) degree at Rhodes University. Starting 2006, I registered for Honours in Human Resources Management at the University of Johannesburg where I will be completing end of 2007.
During 2007, I got an internship programme sponsored by SARA (South African Rewards Association) to further my career in HRM, especially in Remuneration and Reward. Again, I get certified in this field as a Global Profession, based on the World At Work Exams. During the course of training, I have been to several other companies, amongst them, Edcon, FNB, Deloitte, etc, under different training topics.
Wesi Lofafa
Wesi is currently studying Btech Information Technology (Business Applications) at the Tshwane University of Technology. With an array of certifications such as an International Certificate In Computer Studies (ICCS), Diploma In IT and Certificate In Windows applications.
Wesi demonstrates a passion for technology and information and he has grown significantly in regards to this field. He aims to continue to Masters level.

Sibangilizwe Ncube
B Admin (HRM)

Thembalethu Zwane
HRM Diploma
Attended at South West Gauteng College where I did Human Resources Management diploma, completed in 2004. I then did my in-service training as a Student Liaison Officer for 18 months.
During my training I got an internship in Remuneration Programme that is sponsored by South African Rewards Association which added value in my career. During the course of this training, I have been to several companies doing different topics in Remuneration.

Andrew Letsoalo
HRM Diploma
I have attended at TUT (Tshwane University of Technology) Polokwane Campus where I did my Diploma in Human Resources Management. I worked as assistant project coordinator for two years and one as assistant administrator at TUT. I got the remuneration analysis intern for six months. This intern is sponsored by South African Reward Association, which is adding value to my career. I have been exposed to several companies that helps me to get exposure or train us to be the best Remuneration analyst.
Andrew is now employed at Eskom in Megawatt Park.
